Week 2 Reflection
This week I was able to sit down with my principal and we were able to decide on a topic for action research. As mentioned in other post I want to see how the new STAAR Test has effected student motivation. My principal agreed that this would be a good topic to research. With the results we will be able to develop new motivational strategies for next year. Hopefully the end result of this process will be higher student achievement. I am looking forward to the process and I know I will learn a lot.

I think that this is a worthy topic to research. Students are apprehensive about STAAR and it probably has to do with pressure from teachers and administrators. Everyone is stressed. I think that your results will help you plan for next year.
